Yea....I am not going to say anything except this car is a work in progress. It is a daily driver which definitly slows the install process!
Take a look and tell me what you think. I am working on my fiberglass skills along with my box making.
Trust me...compound angles on that box that fires through the ski hole was a b@(#h. THANKS!!!
More soon when I can get it done!!!
Just getting started on some hot Florida trunk work.
Hard to believe that just a couple weeks earlier some thief left his shoe print on my leather dash from where he ripped my old CD player out. Oh, and here's to the fact that they stole my old 1/2 DIN EQ too:-)
Line Driver/EQ so that I can adjust things from the driver's seat.
The Back Seat...so you can get a better image of how the ski hole looks
There they are...2 12" Diamond Audio M3's. NICE!!
Where the Pod goes.
The "somewhat" altered drivers side kick panel.
A little back off the ski hole for more clarification. 2 twelve's driven by a Soundstream Van Gogh VGA600.2
My First Fiberglass Pod
The almost finished product. I gotta take the leather back off and sand more.
This is the Pioneer DEQ-9200 that I am going to replace the 1/2 DIN eq with. I will be getting another line driver (as the DEQ only has an output of 500mv)

This is my DEQ-9200. I run the outputs from the Sony MP3 player through it. It allows me to control all frequencies from the dash mount display. The brain hides away.

Wow....That 9200 adds an audible hiss through my lines. I think it is the fact that it is an old product. It is still cutting edge amazingly enough with the way that it autoselects timing, and the factor ambience settings are awesome.
It just.....I mean 500mv RCA output.
Can't see the display during the day
I am going back to the Soundstream MPQ-5X0. Should run nicely to my Soundstream Van Gogh amps.

Rims Rims Rims

Here are the newest pics from my install

Here are some pics of the custom a-pillars I made out of fiberglass.

Thougght I would put up some pics of my amp install. It is not done, but I would have to say that I am getting a lot closer.
