Projects
Over the holidays in 2005 I got myself a new carburetor. It’s a two barrel Motorcraft replacement for the worn out one that I should have replaced a couple of years ago. I know what you’re thinking, a two barrel what a joke but I promise that there is a bigger beast lurking around the corner, maybe even a 351 Cleveland.
Heres some pictures of the old, greasy, worn out carb.
Now heres the new carb, clean and ready for installation
Carb Job
Thats my father putting the new gasket on the intake, him and I did all the work on this car. Thats his car in the background, its a 1985 Trans Am with a 350ci ram air and a T top roof. Its all original and it only has 95 000 km! with us being the second owner (with the first being our neighbor across the street). I am building a site for his car later on and I will have links.
And now for a beer to reflect on a job well done.
I will keep updating the site so keep coming back to see whats new.
