This '67 Plymouth left the factory with a plebian slant six and an open 2.76 rear differential. I yanked out the leaning tower of power and the rear axle and transplanted a built 318 (330 hp/350 lb-ft torque) and 3.55 Sure Grip. Runs the quarter mile in 14.56, which isn't bad for a 3900 lb. beast. I also swapped the front drums for discs, updated the factory underhood a/c components with new Classic Auto Air pieces, refreshed the interior with the help of ACC and Legendary products, etc, etc. I'm in the process of doing some head work to try to get the E.T. closer to 14. Once that's done, all that's left is some bodywork (there's a little rust in the front fenders and rear quarters) and paint.
