Here is my car. It's a 1993 Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue. Car has a 3.8 liter (232 cubic inch) motor, it has about 150,000 kms on it. I installed a full front back side side air ride kit from AIM Industries and some 14 inch triple chrome plated Player Wire Wheels. Air ride uses 3/4 inch lines with Parker gold 3/4 inch valves. I have 2 chrome Thomas compressors and a single 5 gallon tank. Stereo consists of Alpine deck and amps, M B Quart front components and rears, 2 JL Audio 12 inch subs. Also I've got 4 screens, 2 in the head rests and 2 in the sun visors connected to an X-Box, for the boring times.

I finally took a picture of the interior. Here is the X-Box under the passenger seat. You can also see the stainless steel sill plates I made. The seats are really plush.

Over the winter I made new bag brackets for the rear and welded them in. Overall it lowered the back 2 more inches. Up front I disassembled the air-struts and machined 1.5 inches out of the lower mount for the bag. Between the 1.5 inches up front and the 2 inches out back the car now drags K-frame all the way down up front with no rubbing or binding.

Its been a long time since i last updated this page so here it goes. In the quest of being lower, the New Yorker has gone through some changes. I'm now at the point where it cant go any lower, the front is sitting firmly on the k frame and the belly of the car with the sub-frame touches pavement as well. To my disappointment it does not look low enough. without body dropping the car this is as low as possible for one of these. Here is a list of what had to be changed, tweaked and destroyed to get it down.

-new RCI fuel cell in the trunk and MR. Gasket hi flow fuel pump the old tank was hitting the ground.
-cut out stock floor of the trunk and welded in a flat piece to allow room underneath for frame supports
-rework and extend e-brake cables to allow dragging the frame
-weld in flex pipe and raised exhaust for dragging
-raised engine and transmission 1.25 inches after dragging a hole in my oil and transmission pans ooops.
-tweaked front suspension again for better ride and proper alignment.

here are a couple of pictures of the engine and transmission mounts for a side by side comparison of the old and the new. All mounts on the right are the newly modified ones. I'll get more pictures up soon with some night dragging shots.

Yeah, the Imperial came with the one-touch down feature, but I've never seen it as an option on the New Yorkers. If it exists, it's as rare as the visorphone. I have a spare you can have, unfortunately, it won't fit in your door panel... Imperial door panels are slanted where the buttons are, and the whole button pod is wider. Even the buttons themselves are wider.

You could replace the interior door panel, and then it would fit, but the feature consists of more than just the switch. You will also need the interior door handle bracket, which I may not have (I got replacement front doors, and saved everything from the old ones that was good).

I'm getting a full set of service manuals for it, and I can check the wiring diagrams to see what else is different. It may be as little as a single extra wire and a different BCM.

Sure. I have front door panels, mirrors, a few engine parts, and lots of other various stuff. Let me know what you want, it's yours.
