PERFORMANCE - ENGINE - MODS
The base engine is a Pontiac 350. The engine was rebuilt by B&R Speed Shop in Penn Hills,PA in 2002. The engine was honed .030 over with flattop pistons. The intake is an Eldebrock Performer RPM with a Holley 4160 650CFM spread bore with electric choke. The heads are a Pontiac 93 Casting with 72cc combustion chambers and a 9.5:1 Compression ratio. Screw in studs and 1.5 CompCams Roller Tip Rockers. The heads and intake have been ported and polished The CompCam has a 272/282 duration with .465/.442 lift. Flat top pistons and the block was 0 decked and used thin gaskets. The crank was polished and balanced and the rods were magnafluxed and balanced. The bottom end is held together with ARP bolts. The oil pump is a high flow pump and extended pickup housed in a Milodon extra capacity oil pan.
