This is my 2002 Saab 9-3 SE. It is basically stock except for a new stereo system and some minor mods. I would like to do some more suspension mods. All I have done thus far is the 22mm rear sway bar upgrade. I would like to get better braces and the rear strut bar as well as replacing the front bushings. I would love to get a stage 1 BSR ECU upgrade but am strapped for cash. Maybe over the summer I can get this stuff done.

Mods:
-SMBC from saabcentral.com member SPATL
-DIY open air intake
-22mm rear sway bar
-Hyperboost HX BPV

-Custom dual projector headlights

-Escort Passport SR7

Audio:
-Pioneer F7010BT
-Boston Acoustics SL65

-Boston Acoustics S35

-JL Audio 10W3 in a custom box

-Alpine MRP-F240 (bridged)

-Alpine MRP-T220

-JL Audio 500/1

You should remove your underhood insulation. Do it.

Hey I here you budd I'm just trying to get some insite as well hes showing that you are right by not answering any post or questions given to him...If I knew thing about my car that ppl wanted to know I would def help them out but I did look at his site when the car was underconstruction and the body he did himself I didn't think it was going as far as the engine...And intrepids can't hold turbos or superchargers I check up on that through dodge and aftermarket shop and they both said if I wanted something done to the engine it was best to build a new from scratch...Thats why I'm sticking with fixing the body and interior I'll leave the engine last so I can find out some things about it first and save...Thanks for you input man I appreciate it...

How long have you been running that intake with no problems?

On your intake... did you do anything to help stabilize the MAF? My understanding is that they are prone to fail under excessive vibration, so some way of securing it would be ideal.

Nice looking Saab! That color's really growing on me. Nice initiative on the DIY projects. Good choice on the 22mm sway bar - may I recommend the Saab USA cat-back exhaust as a next step? I've had mine on for about nine months now, and I still love it. Great mod, if a little pricey. And take a look at Nordic tuning (offered by GenuineSaab) before you commit - they're who I'm probably gonna go with when I get Stage 2+ in the fall. Keep it up bro, and take a look at my 9-3 when you get a chance.
