This page is devoted to documenting the restoration of my 1959 1/2 Galaxie. It's a 2 door club sedan, model 64H, originally painted two-tone Cumberland Green and Colonial White. Original equipment includes: 292ci Thunderbird small-block with two Holley deuces, a 3 speed Cruise-O-Matic, 3.10 9-inch rear with open differential. The original 292ci has been replaced in favor of a 1958 "Police Interceptor" 352ci.

This is a Googled image of what the completed project will hopefully look like. The finish will be a single color Colonial White with a Medium Surf Blue interior. The original Cumberland Green is an avacado-ish color which would look bad on a dishwasher, so I'm leaving the religion of VIN number correct restoration in favor of saving my dignity. The engine is not orignal either, so there's no point in worrying about the paint in my opinion.

This is where she sits now. It's up on blocks because the drums were out being turned.
