This past summer Me and my cruiser were 1 of 20 competitors choosen to participate in Four Wheeler magazine's Real Truck Club Challenge.

JohnsCruiser's 1970 Toyota Land Cruiser

Unfortunatly I was not able to compete due to the fact that 2 weeks before the comp my brakes completely failed, If you know anything about cruisers u know that my year only has a single master cylinder and no power booster(which i had already swaped out for a dual master no power booster setup out of a parts cruiser I have) and it is known as suicide brakes, Because of that I have pulled it back into the garage for the winter where I plan to put a full disk brake conversion in it as well as a new dual master cylinder and power booster (wish me luck).

Well I did it, GM brake booster and dual resivior master, willwood calipers, drilled and slotted rotors, 2 proportioning valves one controlling front to back one controling side to side, Arb air lockers front and rear with the matching arb air compressor, 5 gallon air tank, Spring over conversion, lets see how she does....
