Me,working on the rear bumper for the DJ2000 logo

Shaping it
Putting the DJ2000 stencil on the plexiglass
Cutting out the Roadster thing out of the front fenters.
Refiberglassed the fenders for a cleaner look
Grinding down the paint to the bare metal. You need to do this when molding on a wide body kit.
I put X's in the metal with a grinder so the epoxy has something to bite on to.
Cut a hole in the rear quarter for the air vent for the brakes.
When my wife seen the car at this stage she said "You are nuts. Do you know what you doing?" lol
Panels are put on with the epoxy. The self driving screws are put in until when epoxy dries the following day.
My friend Jaz sanding with his teny tiny sand paper. lol
I filled the empty space between the body and the wide body for stability.
Molding on the side skirt and the rear bumper with SMC (the black stuff)
Filling in and smoothing it out with Rage Extreme (the Blue stuff)
Me, grinding away trying to make room for the S15 headlights
Headlights need alot of room. I cut out this big whole then welded on new support peices.
Shaving off part of the fiberglass hood
Now the headlight fits in
Both headlights in and almost complete
Mid stage in fiberglassing the doors
another with the Rage Extreme on
