I recently did an engine swap, from an 04 Maxima V-6, same as my old one the 3.5L but the Maxima motor puts out a little more torque and power, but nothing much..I also custom painted my old cover and it still sort-of fits on there...
***Let me just explain this engine swap out for all you that keep wondering why i did it. I BLEW MY DAMN ENGINE RACING !!!! the only reason i considered the swap was because i needed my car asap from the shop and the only engine available to me at the time was a DAMN maxima engine, evrything pretty much conected pretty good, except for some real minor mods..It fitted fine, i connected my Greddy EVO II exhaust, HOTSHOT Headers, Unorthodox Racing's under-drive pulley and a Dragon short-ram intake...
