This battery is not as long as the original, but it fits perfectly using a second mounting hole on the factory bracket. First take out the jack stand. Then unscrew the mounting bracket which is on the right side of the battery. Now you can move the battery over a little to make it easier to unscrew the cables from the battery. The cover over the positive side lifts open and you can pull it straight up off the battery. Save this you will need it later. If you can get a portable battery jumper you can hook it up to the cables so that you will not loose any power and not have to reprogram any information you may loose. Makes life a little easier. If not some models may loose a code that will need to be entered into the radio to make it work again. I am not sure which models this effects.Remove battery. Locate vent tube. You will need a small piece of rubber tubing to go from the factory vent tube to the slightly larger vent tube opening on the new battery. Place new battery in car, reattach battery cables, and tighten. Use the original red cover over the battery cable as the new one is a little too small. Move batter to the left and you will see the screw hole for the mounting bracket. Attach bracket and replace jack stand. All done.
