Welcome to my page. My name is Jory and this is my 92 Dodge Spirit. I bought it in September 2005. When I first got it, it had the 3.0 V6 with the a604 4 speed auto. I cooked the automatic transmission in March 2006, so I swapped in an a543 5-speed manual and from there it's been constant modding. I did all of the work to it. I rebuilt the motor, upgraded the suspension and brakes and a lot more.
On an unfortunate night in July 2008 I got broadsided and the Spirit was taken out of commission permanently. Page 6 has the story and pictures.
11" vented rotors for that stopping power and Daytona Shelby rear springs with Monroe gas shocks to keep the rear stiff. The front brakes were also upgraded from the 10" stockers to 11" Daytona ES brakes, and the front end was replaced.

Before I did any changes to the outside, and before her paint faded from the brutal summer sun.
I want the mods I do to look like they belong on the car. I'm using all stock parts from various AA bodied cars and upgrading my car with them.
I recently bought a two-tone ES front bumper with the spaces for foglights. I also got a new hood to replace my faded hood.
And here is my car as it sits with no engine.
Winter pic of my car all salty. That is why my Spirit has rusty floors. I plan on welding in new panels sometime or swapping it all to a non-rusty shell in the future.
