DON'T FORGET TO RATE YA BOY
**Check out my video in my garage**
This is my 1981 Cutlass Supreme. I got it 4 cheap (as you can tell) it needs a lot of love and tlc. The person I got it from said it was a 442, I think it's a supreme with the 442 options cause the 442 was dropped in 1981 and then picked back up in 1985. I think i got lucky cause there was not a lot of these made with the 442 options In 1981 and if so I have a rare car.
I GOT A JOB AT A BODYSHOP SO I'M STARTING TO WORK ON IT AS MUCH AS I CAN AFTER WORK.

RIGHT NOW I'M IN THE FIRST THE STAGES OF GETTING THE CUT-DOG ON THE ROAD. HERE ARE A FEW PICS I TOOK WHEN I GOT IT.

I'LL KEEP PUTTING UP PICS AS I GO SO BE ON THE LOOK OUT.
AS YOU SEE IT'S STILL A MESS BUT IT'S COMING TOGETHER. IF YOU'RE GOING TO DO IT RIGHT YOU NEED TO GET DOWN TO BARE METAL.

MY TRUNK WILL BE LINE X TO KEEP THE SOUND IN THE CAR, NOT OUTSIDE THE CAR LIKE YOU MIGHT HERE IN A LOT OF OLD SCHOOLS.

Got this stuff called red brown, it helps stop rust. If you know g-bodys they're known for rusting.
Then i added a spray poly to help smooth out any waves in the body.
Getting the car ready for the red brown and spray poly.
I SHOULD BE GETTING MY NEW FRONT COVER IN A FEW DAYS AND MY REAR COVER IN A WEEK OR SO. IF ANYONE OUT THERE HAS ANY IDEAS ON WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
I DROPPED OFF MY FRONT AND BACK SEATS TO MY UPHOLSTERY GUY MR.R'S (THE BEST IN KANSAS)

I HAD TO GET A DASH OUT OF ANOTHER CAR CAUSE MINE WAS ALL CRACKED UP.

GOT A BUDDY TO COMPLETELY REDO MY SUSPENSION FRONT AND BACK AND LIFT IT BOUT 5'' SO I CAN PUT THEM BIG BOI'S ON THERE. SHOUT OUT TO LLOYD MURPHY ON THE LIFT 40+ YEARS IN THE CAR GAME THE MAN KNOW'S HIS STUFF.

I got the hotchkis suspension kit, a must have if you're going to be doing what im going to be doing, and that is acting a fool in the streets.

I ALSO GOT THE INSIDE OF THE CAR LINEX FROM FRONT TO BACK AND UNDER THE CAR SO I WONT WORRY BOUT CAR CANCER AKA RUST

I'm cutting it pretty close in the back but I should be cool... I hope

I think i was cutting it to close in the back so i called PMT Fabrication out of texas and had them custom make some adjustable upper and lower rear control arms.

Now it looks alot better.

If you have the same problem i did with my rear arms you can call PMT at 214-592-2308 and they can make what ever you need.
