This is the Sentinel
The Sentinel didn’t always look this good. me and a few of the best friends I can ask for, turned this sleeper into a racer. a couple years after this i took it upon myself to make it as fast as it looks. So I swapped the stock SR20DE out for the GTi-R RNN 14 SR20DET. 8.1:1 compression ratio, Garret TB2804 (T3/T25 combination), quad throttle body set up, 440 cc injectors, oil jets, solid lifters, and boost at 10.4 psi.
I installed a lightweight flywheel and stage three clutch, along with a huge inercooler, BOV, thermal intake gasket, boost controller, and a Walbro 255lph fuel pump. I also had a shop put 2 1/2" all the way back. all together the swap wasn't to hard to do, bet well worth it!
I changed the oil with Mobil 1, 15w50 and a Nissan oil filter. Right now I am boosting to a little under 15 psi. it has been running awesome all summer and it is so fun and fast to drive. I love the low rpm torque, it makes it so drivable
from what I have researched I should be somewhere between 260 - 280 hp @ 6400 rpm and 265 - 285 lb ft TQ @4800 rpm
my next step is going to be a the OBD scan cable and software so I can see everything going on with it
I got board and made my self a functional scoop, like I always wanted. Now I want the GTi-R hood vents on aether side. It was a little work but cost me nothing. I think it turned out so good a wide body kit might be my next visual upgrade.
