Hey my name is Greg and I just got this car on 10/01/05

edit now my best time is a 13.78@104.8 before getting my new jbp vortex header. buy also using a 2.8" s/c pulley

*cecil after stage 2, didnt have any perfect runs but my best out of 3 was 14.15@103.3 with that trap speed i should be in the mid 13s, so yeah soon enough!
**ran car @ cecil on 4-19-06 and ran a 14.504 @ 99.47mph, i think i could've done better but i didnt want to miss 2nd gear after someone taunted me in the crowd** p.s. i raced a srt-4 and beat him that run but he must have messed up bad cause he ran a 14.955 @ 99.86 ouch

****New News updated 3-16-06 I dynoed my car at the chassis dynojet we have at my automotive school and I got 220hp at the wheels and 190 lb/ft of torque!! After looking at forums online and seeing alot of ppl saying they got over 200 at the wheels I thought they might be lying but I proved it and am excited. So for all Cobalt SS Supercharged owners...our cars are underrated by alot and with 94 octane you probably have close to 220 at the wheels at 6500 rpm. The hp curve goes all the way up until the rev limiter. Good news! so happy..****also, I get to put it back on the dyno next week after I put my magnaflow cat-back exhaust on to see the difference***update again after looking into the dyno sheets more i see that i actually had 220 hp and 190 tq but after the catback i have 223hp and 193tq. the gains would probably be more if the conditions of the dyno room were the exact same as before but with the heat and humidity levels i only gained 3hp and 3tq. although the peak hp and torque is not phenomenal the overall curve is a bit higher and i am overall pleased with the purchase.

mustang dyno's suck, i got 230whp and 206tq on a mustang dyno... i probably would get 245 and 212 on a dynojet

***news 4-23-06***stage 2 installed and it pulls oh so nice!!

I love being able to have the fog lights on without having to have the headlights on at the same time. Looks so cool...

Recaro Seats. Part of the optional performance package that I wanted. Mostly because of the Quaife Limited Slip Differential.

Looks sweet man! Come check out my cobalt ss and let me know what you think. Does that limited slip make much of a difference? How do you like your injen intake? Does the check engine light come on? Don't forget to vote on my poll. Let me know! Later!

hey awsome cobalt. looks very nice in the blue. i have a silver cobalt. just a base but its good. but hey i am interested in something and i was hopeing you could help me out. well your car has the recaro seats in them. i see that they are black. well i was wondering if you would like to swap them for some BLUE RECAROS. originally found in the ion redlines. i think that your blue car with blue inserted seats would look kick ass awsome. and i dont have them in my car yet. wont for a month because of winter and all, i like to keep them in good shape. so would you be willing to do a swap? just pay for shipping. PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK. my aim is Baltpower06 so feel free to aim me anytime. post back on my page to. i am very interested and am awaiting ur reply. thanks
