Hi there everybody. My name is Brittney and this is my Spirit. It is a front wheel drive, 1994, 2.5 Liter, 4 cylinder, 3 speed automatic.
This car was given to me in 2005 by my uncle. It was on the way to the junkyard, so I made it my project.

The first paint job I did can be seen on page 5, and featured lime green, black, and gray graffiti. People kept thinking it was some sort of camoflauge so I changed it in Spring 2010.
The new look for the Spirit was inspired by this condemned Kappa Delta Rho house's rave basement on IUP's campus. I got my Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts at IUP.

Interesting Facts:
-no Bondo was used on this car
-painted with Rustoleum Painter's Touch spray paint and Odds n Ends brush paint
-car has not been lowered at all
-there are NO APC parts on my car
-the original head gasket lasted over 100K miles
-stock size wheels and tires
-in the summer I run my Motegi rims with Kelly Navigator Gold tires and in the winter I put the stock rims on with hubcaps and Mastercraft Glacier Grip II tires
My Spirit has the normal forever-running 4 cylinder 2.5 engine with 145K miles. There certainly is nothing to brag about except for how reliable the engine is, but here are the specs. SOHC, 8 valve, 135 lb-ft of torque, 100 hp, and 22+ mpg. I painted the valve cover mopar blue and took out the factory air intake tube that was ribbed and replaced it with a smooth one. I also had the head and head gasket replaced, put in new plugs and plug wires, etc, and made a strut tower bar.
Here's a short list of some smaller things I have done.
-new rear reflector lens assembly
-clear corner and signal lenses from an Acclaim at the junkyard
-removed mud flaps
-my own style body kit
-painted pillars between windows
-sanded and painted window trim and mirrors
-removed the outside antenna

The driver's side features Wayne Static from Static-X.
The skirts are my own design. I took Vader skirts for a 2000+ Celica and cut and added to them.
Four pictures of Liz Montgomery are on the passenger side.
Each picture represents two seasons of "Bewitched". The left most picture is black and white because the first two seasons were in black and white.
The back, also my own design for a flared and pointed aluminum back bumper. The greek letters are for Honors organizations Delta Epsilon Iota and Sigma Alpha Lambda. The plate on my licence plate says IUP ALUMNI. The exhaust tip is 2" to show the size of the custom exhaust all the way back. Oh and the "What Would Ozzy Do?" sticker below the brake light. Still from when my cousin owned the car over five years ago. :-)
