Well this is the final page of this car's life.

I replaced the driver side panels with ones off a matching colour code car from the pick'a'part, but they aren't in perfect condition.

I Found a 24V PRV motor at the wreckers in december or so and now have the in my garage, to go into a 760 in the future once I am in my 4th year as a diesel mech, and I bought a b280 block and heads, which then resulted in the next day in the auto and water pump dying going over the westgate bridge, replaced the water pump and converted it to manual, paying a lot for the parts, and then need to shorten the drive shaft and replace the master cylinder I was sold.

It was dyno tested and make 94kw at the rears with both exhaust manifold gaskets blown, and is pretty swift, at the sake of fuel economy, bought a centre decor panel, which is pretty rare, Volvo headlamp covers too, also have added a passenger side seat from another 264 in the came colour to replace the stuffed drivers one, with the knob switched around, added steelies with good tyres tot he rear to replace the bald tyre on the virgo, which will go back on for sale.
It turns out that the falcon EA-EL sway bar fits 4cyl 200's, but not V6 ones, without spacers, which causes too much sway for the bar and it results in well, destruction.

It's for auction on ebay currently, if it doesn't make the price, I'll be parting it out, hopefully getting more money for it, I'll miss it, but a 740 Turbo is a lot more logical car for me as a poor apprentice, when I'm working on the mining equipment in 4 years time, I could probably afford to turbo my 24V motor in a custom 760, but for now, just not viable, and boost is bloody addictive...

Good Luclk with it man, its a profitable business. I got a job as a Motorhome Tech-thats shits complicated. Well, its not that hard, but it's different than working on Hondas,. thats for sure. Speakling of Hondas, I'm right in the middle of doing some engine work on mine, and My uncle said he'd get me some 17's for my graduation present. Nice 264- I think I saw that for sale on ebay a while ago. If you're going to replace the wheels, you could give the old ones a good clean up and put them on ebay. They're called virgos and are pretty popular ( you prob. already know but I thought i'd mention it). Keep us posted with the improvements etc. Paint looks good and so does interior so looks like you've got a good base to work from.
