As of right now I put the bazookas tubes back in so it's an easy disconnect when I want to work on mockups for the next box design. I also upgraded the deck to a motorized Alpine 9851. I will get more pictures soon. The stereo system was the second thing I started working on after getting the car. I've had many different systems in here. The first thing I changed were all 4 of the speakers to Polk Audio 5x7's. The stock head unit was changed to an Alpine 9856. The bottom slot where the old cassette deck was, is a big hole right now exposing all of the wires. I plan on putting the boost gauges there when I get the supercharger.

The third system I had was two 12" Rockford P2 DVC's. They have been really good for almost 2 years but I wanted to upgrade to something a little louder. I first purchased 4 15" Rockford P1's but returned them because there was absolutely no way to fit them in the trunk. Then I bought 4 12" MTX Jackhammers. I could have made them fit with an extremely lot of custom work but I just don't have the time to do it going to school full time. So now I'm looking at either two 12" DVC Boston Acoustics DVC G5's or four 10" JL W1's. I have 2 MTX 3401 amps which will power the subs. A 1/2" foam sound barrier was custom cut to fit around the box, thus holding it in place, and not letting the bass escape through the spare tire well and the bottom of the trunk. A custom carpet was also cut around the box to cover up the foam. I have Dynamat Extreme in each door, on the rear deck, in the entire trunk and behind the liscence plate. Also behind the on the license plate is Armaflex wrap, which is mainly used for insulating copper water pipes. It helps get rid of some of the rattles from the screws.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The second stereo I had was two 12" California Profile subs with a Sony xPlod 2 channel amp. It hit pretty good but the subs were junk and I blew them in about 3 days as expected.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The first stereo I had was 2 preamped 8" Bazooka tubes. I had them just laying around so I decided to hook them up. I had them in the car for about 4 months but they just weren't loud enough for me. They sounded better than I expected at first but I wasn't satisfied.

Hey man you got a fine looking ride. I like what you have done to it. We have alot in common. You know you will have to crank that psi up to get what you REALLY want out of that supercharger. If you ran 7 to 9 psi with a turbo, it would blow your hp and tq numbers out the water. I know you probably don't believe or wanna hear that but look it up if you don't believe me. Overall, you still have a tight ass car. Since you got the supercharger, look into methanol injection and knocking psi up to 12-14 range.
