But check out the new 1970 pontiac T/A @ the same site as mentioned and powered by the same motor with a new intake, new AFR heads, rediculous trans. and 4:56 to a narrowed rear end holding some massive 33x14.5 tires. he runs a solid 2.5 seconds faster. Dials in at high tens but is a certified 9 second passer.

Hi! Thanks for the Comment on my Stang. Your's is looking good too. You asked some questions about my Roll Cage. It's a Jegster Cage. It's Three parts. MAIN HARP + 2 Down Bars to the Hatch Back Area. To install it I had to remove my Front seats. I didn't feel like removing my carpet in the passenger area. So I cut out squares the same size as the feet on the Roll cage for the Main harp. Drilled holes and used the backing plates to mount the Main Harp. The two Down Bars were a pain in the Ass. They slip into some piping in the Main harp and get fastened to the Harp with Bolts. I had to remove the Carpet in the Hatch Back area. The Feet for the Down Bars lay directly above the Gas Tank Fill tube on the passenger side.. So I had to drop my Gas tank in order to use the backing plate on the passenger side. And on the Drivers size There is a body panel brace that I had to cut out in order to use the backing plate. At first I didn't put it back, but then I found out I needed the brace to keep my quarter panel from being damaged easily. (Sheet metal with out a brace can dent easily) So then I had to Weld the brace back in.. It has no screws. It was a paint because it was over head welding in a tight space. Then since I had the welder out. I ground off the factory rubber weather coating on the bottom of the body, So I could weld the backing plates to the body for more strength. You could just use the Bolts, but since I had the Welder out I just welded them All.. Any other questions just ask. Later. I'm rating you up (Fivers for ya) Please return the favor.. Thanks..
