Both front doors look like this. 4 speakers in the door. I have two 6.5" mid-range speakers, one 4" mid-range speaker, and one 1" tweeter in each door. I also have one 4" mid-range speaker, and one 1" tweeter on each side of the dashboard.

This is the rear view "mirror", a color camera that was installed on the back part of my car, right behind the rear window.

My new rear view "mirror". The entire center console on the ceiling had to be redone to make this monitor fit. I can turn this on or off, although why I would want to turn it off, say, while driving, is beyond me.

The American Eagle rims on my car, which I was going to replace. But since I've retired, there isn't much point anymore.
The install, when it was new, made me really happy. This install was almost a one note wonder, but I could still drive it around everyday (and I did). Not only that, but this was the nicest SPL install at the whole of the IASCA World Finals of 2000. Most of the time people believe that SPL cars don't have to be nice, they just have to be loud. Needless to say, I don't believe in this point of view.
It is always fun to have an SPL vehicle with class. It's one of those things that really makes taking a 2nd place trophy home instead of a first really bearable.
Questions or comments about the installation? Feel free to email me at alan@afweb.net! All comments, good or bad (although why somebody would send me something bad, I wouldn't know why) are accepted and appreciated!
