Finally found the Mazda OEM foglights for my ride. Check them out here. Only a few remain in some limited dealers' inventories across the country. Both '98 & '99 models use the same part.
Also upgraded the original 15" 8-spoke wheels to 16" 5-spoke Millenia wheels (from a '99 Millenia). Don't like to get too non-stock with add-ons.
