OK...you may not consider this a mod...but I noticed a difference in the car!
I switched my oil to Royal Purple 5w30
AMAZING STUFF!!!
I have noticed a slight (very slight) performance change, the car doesn't seem to hesitate as much now. I have also notice a change in my mileage, for the better.
Only other "mod" is a 180* T-stat
