-Forged 347 LS1, dished pistons (lower compression, worked on the oil system, and ported the heads a little)

Its been a long time since the last update. Ran the car last year and she ran a 12.4 @ 119mph (1.9 60' @ 7lbs)... she will be in the 11's now. Last dyno was (May 09) at CMS in Cali: 530rwhp/640trq @ ~9lbs and 490rwhp/606trq @ ~8lbs.

Ive got a small boost leak looking at the boost graph. Looks like it spikes to 10psi and drops to about 7. Im thinking the bov is opening? Not sure.

With the new motor we were able to increase the timing like crazy. The car LOVES boost, fix the leak and turn her up to 12-13psi and ill be happy. And it will be time to look for a clutch and rearend.

Ran into a little trouble on the dyno. She dynoed 410/450 @ 4000 rpm's with 7-8lbs of boost, then the fuel pump maxed out. Installed the Racetronix fuel pump and replaced the head gaskets (they werent strong enough and it was pressurizing the coolant system). She is ready for round 2 on the dyno!

Car is running!!! And i finally got it back. Its only about 6lbs right now on a basic tune. But everything is going well. It will be gettting dyno tuned next week... 10lbs baby!!!

Install starts 12/13/07... a little behind schedule because of school & getting the heads done. Should only be a 3-4 days, but i want to make sure we have plenty of time. Then everything will be ready to be dropped off for the turbo to be installed by Dec 26th. So, the turbo install & tune should be done early January when i get back from vacation!!
