So I bought my GTR back in May of '04 with the help of my good friend Saki. It only had one prior owner and had all the service records from Nissan. The only thing that was changed on this car were the rims. Everything else was stock, even the original tape deck was in place. I think the prior owner babied her because with the high miles and my driving her like she should be driven, things started to go. First the turbines went, then the clutch, and last but not least the oil pump. So a lot of things have been replaced the last couple of years but thats a good thing. When something breaks, upgrade it!!! Now I find myself very lucky because I have the satisfaction of knowing that I chose the path of the car from the begining and didn't just change what someone else had already done to it. With the help of friends, I installed everything on the car to include the motor swap. The only things that I didn't touch were the cams, cam gears, timing belt, and the tuning/mapping of the car. That I left in the hands of FNATZ Professional Garage. Also, all the body work except for the wing was done by Knight-Racer. So enough with the story and enjoy!!!
