The car is a 1985 Buick LeSabre Limited Collector's Edition.
It was purchased new at Amos & Andy Buick (now Trotter Buick) in Chattanooga, Tennessee by my Niece's Fiancee's Grandmother.
This is a pretty feature loaded car even by today's standards, and has a ride that is hard to beat.
it is currently in Duluth, Ga, with 130,000 miles on it, which is ultra low for a 20 year old car.
Among the most interesting features are the electronic touch climate control and the ultra rare AM stereo/FM stereo/CD player which was a dealer installed option, and works very nicely. These features are almost unheard of on a 1985 car!
It still has all of the original documentation, down to the original window sticker, the delivery inspection report, and the Collector's Edition portfolio which includes 2 uncut sets of commemorative keys and a key fob. The 2 sets of keys that are cut and in use are also the commemorative keys, so this car has FOUR SETS of original, and irreplacable keys.
Another nice touch is the Collector's Edition tag on the front of the car. It has a protective plastic cover over it, and is in perfect condition. Try finding one of THOSE!
