It's fixed! I finally got the body panel fixed, and does it feel good. Gotta do some minor work to get it completely ready for a coat of primer, but here she is.
And, my bumper is replace, and I have a ball for towing. This could be dangerous...

Well, the fun never ends for me. I had to replace one of the frame mounted shock mounts on Chugga, because the old one snapped. Now, I couldn't get the part through anybody except Ford, but the actual OE one was going to cost me $150. I don't think so. So, I got one for a Full Size Bronco for a fifth of the price. That's right, $30. Actually, under $30. But, enough of my jabbering, here are the pics.
The broken part that was one the shock.
The rivets holding the rest of the broken mount to the frame.
The new mount for the Full Size.
The rivets after grinding the heads off, before I drilled them out.
Now, which one do you think looks better? I think you'll agree with me on that one.
The frame after punching out what was left of the old shock mount.

What the new shock mount looks like from the outside.
The view from under the truck with the new shock mount.
Everything mounted and buttoned up. Ahh, the satifaction of getting the job done for so much less than what I'd have to pay somebody to do it. It's a very nice feeling.
