Center Speaker Enclosure
Eclipse 3 1/2" center speaker

I used a baking tin for the enclosures original shape that fits in the dash. Then i added a few layers of mat and resin.

Sub rings ready for glassin'. Double rings were used to allow the subs to sit flush. I made a frame that lifts off so i could do the glassin' outside the car.

Sub frame was glassed and then screwed onto sub box. The outer frame fits around the top of the box.

Frame with fleece stapled on. There's one less kid out there that won't have a bee costume!

Underside of frame. All rings are braced with screws and glue.

Pic of the first coat of glass.

Stainless steel screws carry the sub signal through the mdf.

Subs are now wired and mounted

The front stage tweeters will be mounted on the pillars. The drivers side also holds 2 gauges. An A/F and a Boost/Vac.

Kicks - Mid's
First pic of kicks. 2 layers of fiberglass cloth laid down to get the shape of the floor followed by 2 layers of fiberglass mat to strenghten up the back of the enclosure.
Passenger Side

Drivers Side with 1 new pedal

Speaker rings added.

Enclosures are now out of the car and trimmed to desired shape.

Now i will add the sides with fiberglass cloth. After a few layers they will be ready to fit them into the car.
Kick pods all installed. The rug is in. I painted the grills and speaker rings to match the interior color. These pods are held into the floor by 2 10-24 ss screws with nuts used as studs. Then the pods are slide over them and fastened with wing nuts for easy removal.

Front doors - Mid Bass
Pic of the front doors after the Raammat was applied. I added the power windows after i bought the car--stock factory Chrysler parts from a totaled Daytona.
