I've loved Ford Thunderbirds since I was a kid. Especially the aerobirds. I owned a V6 88 several years ago. Now I have this 88 Turbo Coupe and I love it.
These are the pictures the guy who sold me this car sent me. Right now I'm in the middle of a turbo upgrade so the car is sitting on jack stands in my garage.

Fabricated waste gate actuator bracket. Not my best welding. My auto-darkening helmet wouldn't work so I had to weld it with my eyes closed.

New turbo with Bob's log header and Bob's stainless 3" elbow

Had to grind a bolt to get the oil return line to fit (maxPSI braided stainless lines)

New turbo and exhaust header installed along with new stainless steal water lines.

Cold air intake. K&N filter in the fender. Relocated VAM.

Beginnings of new exhaust. 3" downpipe 3" highflow cat. Dual 2.5" SS magnaflow mufflers and mandrel bent tail pipes with stainless tips.
