This is my 1954 chevy belair. My dad drove it around the block and then gave the guy 50 bucks for it, almost 21 years ago. It sat for many years. Everytime the drivetrain got set, some other project would come up and take it away. i learned a lot from this car, the first motor i built went into this car but never was fired. I always dreamed of finshing this car for my father, you the whole father&son project thing, but it couldnt happen due lack of money.I bought it of him before going off to college. It has a '57 rear and a ECI disc brake conversion in the front. Orginal suspension and paint. The motor I bought before hand and transplanted into verious cars, including gremlin, but this will be its final resting place.
My plan is to finsh it over the winter, so my father can finally take the first drive.

It's nice of you to build a car for your dad. My moms first car was a 54, so I'm trying to get a hold of one to restore it, and then give it to her, oh yeah, thats a hellacious moter.

wow what a power plant. Mine still has a little 216 and a 6 volt electrical system.lol. I'd love to drop a 327 4speed into it, but I'm a poor boy right now living in a poor town.
