Hey on the 600 Edelbrock... I have been having problems with having to much fuel even with a 600. Really boggy at the first punch but ready to roll around 2,000 rpm's. But this may be from having to much cam for the stock cylinder heads...so I am changing out my cam this weekend and adding new cylinder heads. I will keep you posted on how the 600 does then. I might upgrade to a 650 Demon but I am not going to push for much more...but unless your going to race it...I would go much higher. I called Comp Cams on my cam selection (.493/.500)X262H they said that a 600 would be great and 650 at the most. Don't change your intake...that is an awesom intake...but get your cylinder heads to match your cam rpm range. and don't go for too much stall if your not going to race it. Talk to you later, Mr. Noisy
