PeteZ Racing is now researching performance parts for the 1985 Honda FL350R and the Dazon and Pep Boys Raider 90cc buggies.

PeteZ Racing now offers an easy fix to the Dazon or Pep Boys Baja Motorsport Raider 90cc buggies high gearing problem.

We now sell a 12 tooth drive sprocket & heavy duty chain that reduces the gearing by 25% over the stock ratio. The lower gearing now makes for way more torque and a useful second gear.

Dazon & Baja Motorsport Raider 90cc buggy 12 tooth drive gear and Heavy duty chain set $43.00 plus shipping, pictures below.

Does your Dazon or Baja Motorsport Raider 90CC buggy have too little power? How about a horsepower to weight ratio of 1:30 pounds!!!
Pictures below of our 114cc high performance buggy. We found that once sand paddle tires where put on the raider the power would not push the tires. With the high compression engine, larger valves, cam, intake, carb, a high volume oil pump, oil cooler and an opened exhaust the horsepower has more than doubled! Our trips to the dunes have become fun for the whole family not just the adults.

Pete'Z Racing has sold our 240Z. For those interested in it's specs we will keep the below infomation posted for a while.

>>>>Congratulations to Dino the new owner he just e-mailed me with a dyno reading @ 16P.S.I. boost and he hit 404H.P.!!!!!

Dyno results are in!!! Gains from just the downpipe swap were 15rwhp and 20ft-lbs! @ Only 6 P.S.I. boost!!

As pointed out on many Zcar forums if the rest of your exhaust system is stock and very restrictive you will not see this increase.

Z Hauler,
After spending many months researching different toy haulers our choice was the 2005 Fleetwood 30' triple axle 300FS GearBox trailer to haul our Z in. Our Z is lowered so a low ramp angle was very important for clearance. 16’ of clearance from the rear tailgate to the permanently mounted cabinet plenty of room for a 240. With the triple axle 240 weights is no problem. We have 14’ of living area in the GearBox even when the car is in. The back cargo area is not a waste when the car is out, lots of upper cabinets, fold down couches (2 double beds) and two motor controlled queen size beds fills the area nicely for more sleeping area if needed. Other cool things: the front sleeper is a queen size bed, the bath has a tub, the kitchen has a good size frig/stove/oven/microwave, satellite TV, LCD 12 volt 22" flat screen, built in walkie talkies, nice stereo/inside and out, plenty of outdoor lighting, two built in fuel tanks for 38 gallons of gas, outdoor BBQ/shower, built in air compressor, great heating and AC, 120 gallons fresh water and more.
We took our Z to the MSA show this year and we had no problems hauling 1100 miles to get there. Fully loaded car/wheels/tools total weight 13,825Lbs.

Our tow vehicle has changed..The Ford Excursion 6.0 turbo diesel broke down (FORD Found On Road Dead) ) way to many times over the past two years. We will not miss it.

NEW TOW VEHICLE DODGE RAM 3500 DUALY WITH CUMMING 24 VALVE ENGINE, SUPERCHIPS PROGRAMMER, 400+H.P. 700LBS TORQUE @ 1700RPM!! With several long trips behind us now I'm glad to announce we have not had one problem with the Dodge.

Can I just say that I bought one of Pete's downpipes for my 1973 UK spec turbo 240Z and not only am I 100% satisfied with the quality of the downpipe (it is a work of art) but I am also 100% satisfied with the service (friendly, fast and item was extremely well packed). Pete is a great guy to deal with and I look forward to dealing with him again.

Go on guys take advantage of this offer!
