This is my baby. I bought it new on May 25, 1978. I was 6th on the original waiting list at my local Mazda dealer, and ended up getting the 2nd one they ever sold. I now have just under 53,000 miles on it.

OHH MY....WONDERFUL! That engine bay is just amazing. You left a message for me last year for my '79 RX-7 that I was restoring. It looked just like yours. Well, mine is finally finished. Let me know what you think!! maznav

Man, that engine bay about made me cream my pants. Definitely the best looking stock engine bay I've ever seen in an SA or FB. Almost makes me want to go the way of restoration... except my car is currently at the shop getting streetported lol. No going back. Anyway, don't ever sell it. But I'm sure you know that ;)
