All I have done to the exterior of the car is added a OEM Festiva spoiler, a set of Mazda Miata wheels, and I cleaned up the body a bit by removing some small junk. I think the car looks pretty good for a Festiva.
I also take the car to the drag strip a couple times a year.

Hey just recently picked up a fesiva, I like what you've done and have a question. Where did you get or how did you make the all-red tails, i hate the orange turn signal and want to follow suite with what you've done.
