NEW VIPER SEATS:
I purchased a set of 2001 Viper seats for the D and had them recovered in genuine leather to perfectly match the factory seats. As of now they're in and bolted down.

Here are the seat switch panels. The were fabbed up from panels out of a 1976 ElDorado. Go figure, right?? ;-) I cut and bent them to fit and then recovered both in black leather.

NEW GAUGES:
Still not satisfied with what I did to change the look of my gauges a while back, I decided this time to go ALL out, here's what I did:
- Purchased white-face gauges from NR Auto (closest thing to stock).
- Painted the black centers of each needle bright silver using a paint pen.
- Painted the inside rim of the openings around each of the gauges on the stock bezel bright silver using the same paint pen.
- Installed a chrome "R/T" vinyl decal on the tach.
- Installed a brushed aluminum bezel overlay that I purchased from Haig at TrimKing (trimking@sympatico.ca).
The pictures below are the results. Needless to say I'm VERY pleased. It's amazing what you can do with a paint pen! :-)

I also added two Intake Temp gauges in the center console to monitor the temperature of both the air pre-charge (before the blower) as well as post-charge (after the blower). There's also a DakotaDigital volt meter for when I eventually install my system as well as an Ignited push button start. :-)

My final addition to the gauges was two LEDs for the aux injectors. However, now that I'm switching to a stand alone system, I'll need to figure out another use for these perhaps for the water-level in the intercooler tank.

Take notice to the MRK stuff!! Autometer guage trim rings, front/rear a/c/ knob covers, etc etc etc. They do GREAT work!!
20" R/T RIMS W/FALKEN S/TZ-04 RUBBER:
One of the best mods I did to my Durango in my opinion has to be the 20" silver R/T rims. These are simply larger versions of the stock 17" rims that came with the truck. I've had many people do a double take thinking the truck came with 20's from the factory, especially since they use the same center caps. I love thowing spectators a curve. :-)

The tires were 295/45/20 Pirelli Scorpion Zero's, but I was in the mood for something different so I switched to Falken S/TZ-04's in the same size. This in combination with the Hotchkis sway bars and Bilstein shocks, well, let's just say that the only thing that will sway now is my butt from taking a corner to fast!!! :-D

NEW STEREO SYSTEM INSTALL:
I've just begun on the system. Not much details to report as of now, but here's some initial pics. More details to follow.

Keep checking back for updates!!
