Here is my new purchase. A 1949 Chevy Styline Deluxe. Im the 4th owner. The last two owners bought it to restore, and never got to it. The first owner owned it for 45 years and drove it from the Kutztown PA area to Harrisburg everyday. Its missing the engine and transmission (has a 55 chevy engine in it). It originally had a 90hp 216ci straight 6 and a 3spd manual with column shift.
Im going to turn it into a traditional styled hotrod. Its going to be satin black, lowered 2/4'', and I have a 327 to install that will recieve a tri-power carb setup (three two-barrel carbs). Its going to get a super T-10 4spd manual transmission, and of course flame throwers.

Looks like a good project car. I recently picked up a coupe of 54's. Check out my page if you get a chance.
