Here it is 2008 already! And the Old Guy is still running strong. I redid the interior seats back to the original style and found another Edsel with almost brand new looking door panels, but they are original. The engine was removed so I could replace the flywheel. So while it was out of the car, I cleaned it and repainted it along with the firewall. So now he looks like he just came off the showroom.
He is my daily driver in the summer.
And yes I would consider selling him. I have several other older cars (1968 AMC Rebel Station Wagon, 31 Model A, 26 Model T, 40 Merc with suicide doors) and I enjoy them all. They aren't trailer queens, but they do turn a few heads when I'm crusin'.
