this is my 1987 firebird. when i first got it. it looked okay. yellow with black on the bottom and a bird on the hood. sum rust. rust was getting sorta bad. so i took it to an my uncle wicked painter and bodyman! He fixed her up real nice and painted it gold and black. the black shines green in the sunlite! its pretty pimped. 2.8 litre. v6 multi port. not the fastest but it kicks ya back pretty good. no catalitic converter theres sumsort of aftermarket exaust on it im sure. the guy who i bought it from told me he did something to the exaust aftermarket and im not sure stock 2.8's come with duel exaust?! sounds really nice that way! Mistake it for a v8 all the time! its a real head turner!

YELLOW BIRD.

BIrd getting worked on in the garage. sanding is sure tuff on the hands and time consuming.

gotta love the hood! that took a couple hours. sure doesnt look as good as a bird does on the hood. oh well its nice and sanded!

Right from the paint booth! not long after being painted. before the new bird was on the hood.

thanks man, i can't wait for my engine to be done, i'm going with a 383 stroker motor with all new high performance parts in it. it's gonna be very powerful but it's gonna take time and money, i'm trying to make it look, run, and sound like no one ever saw a Bird before. i wish ya the best of luck with yours, you've come a long way, looks good, keep it up.
