So here's a short history of the car and what I've done to it so far.
This is my second time around on the Maxima. My first one was totalled when it lost a fight with a Toyota 4x4 at an intersection.
(here's a link to my old Maxima)
I then set out looking for another Maxima that fit my few demands :
1. 92-94, SE, 5-speed
2. did NOT have a tan interior.
It took me 4 months and over 800 miles of driving to find one that fit these simple demands. a rare car indeed. Here she is in stock form, just a day or two after I signed the papers.
So my first mission was to swap out the parts from my old ride onto this one. This provided quite a challenge, as my old car was across town. I spent the next 15 hours jockeying around jackstands and driving back and forth swapping parts until it was complete.
When all was said and done that weekend, I had transferred:
Tokico Struts
Eibach Springs
Suspension Techniques Sway Bar Set
Courtesy Nissan FSTB (which took some modification to fit over the larger DOHC engine)
16" Enkei RS-Evolution wheels
Joshua Tree Dash Kit

I also bumped the ignition timing a bit to squeeze a bit more of the base engine tuning before other mods were required.
