Currently: My second DSM. The first was a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS...which I ditched in a year in favor of 5 speed, turbo, and AWD! The car was posted on the local IndyStars forum. The owner wouldn't budge on the price, but I was anxious to get it so I bit. Managed to sell the GS for the same price so it was an indirect trade :D I'm only the 2nd owner. The original owner custom ordered the car in '97. He was an autocrosser so he only lightly modded it. He had most of the work done by shops like AIM Tuning & TireRack here in Indy. He met me on the West side for a test drive. Afterwards, I liked the car, but he wouldn't go down on the price, so we parted ways. That night, I just couldn't stop thinking about it. So I called him the next day and told him I'd buy it. Later that week, my friend Josh and I drove over to Crawfordsville and picked up the car, along w/the set of anthracite Kosei K-1 Racing wheels and a box of parts and another of fluids :D Detailed after purchase: Engine before detailing:

Car looks awesome! Drop it a bit and blackout the tails would be my only changes. A friend of mine just picked up an Eclipse GST and I gotta say I'm impressed with the power for just a few simple mods. Again, great looking ride! -94_XJ

Engine pics are looking clean. One suggestion, make a filter heat shield. Your intake temps are probably outrageous. With only a SMIC you need all the help you can get. Look at Bens car for an idea of what I mean, he made a really nice one.

Haha, yea its confusing if you dont know what those mean... The Zenki look is the 83-85 years (like the one that was in Initial D) and the Kouki is the 86-87 years...

Thanks for hittin up my page, Naw I'm staying away from the Zenki look. I much prefure the Kouki look better... Great looking Talon you got, keep up the great work on it...
