THIS CAR HAS BEEN SOLD i just keep the page up for the memories haha and so i dont loose all the pics when my computer crashes NEWEST PICS PAGE Three (also new pics of my new 92 civic)This is my 88 Civic DX (under construction) there is alot of rust on the car and i am in the process of fixing it and doing bodywork getting it ready for a new paint job. Everyones always telling me to do an engine swap to a ZC B16 or B18 but i refuse to do an easy swap for my horsepower just like everyone else does, i want to be original and keep the original D15 and my goal was to be able to beat those engines with a D series. I kept the engine "looking" stock like black wires, its fun when people think is just got an intake. The car has Ractive Coilovers, a Ractive front strut brace and Mugen Chip, a Tenzo R cold air intake, Magnaflow Performance Exhaust, ground kit, 13' Enkei rims off of a late model civic. The car also has a B&M short shifter, stage three performance clutch, Bosch platinum plugs and Sylvania Silverstar headlights. The sterio consists of a Pioneer head unit, 2 10' Lightning audio Strike subs, a Audison SRx amp, a Lighning audio 1farad cap, and stinger wiring. The car also has a 7' Widescreen LCD with a Concept DVD player and an Ungo alarm. The car had a CB radio in it, I need it for when I work and so I added an external intercom under the hood (its fun to yell at people as you drive by) and its got a huge antena on the roof (may be seen in some pictures) (which isn't there anymore replaced it with a smaller one located on the right pillar in the hatch)I just recently bought a door handle shave kit for the car which is in the process of being installed, I will have new pictures after it is done. I am also planning on doing a MPFI intake system swap on the car and maybe a D16 head to lower the compression and then next summer will come a full turbo/intercooler setup on the car.
