Galfer stainless steel brake lines really improved my mighty XS Eleven's brake feel. The XS1100 came from the factory with three front brake lines (which gave it the soggy feel) the new setup look cleaner, but also gives me a crisp brake lever :)

*Braided Stainless Steel Brake Lines
*Removed front fender
*Replaced air box with individual filters
*Simplified fuel system, new fuel lines
*Simplified electrical system, new battery
*Replaced rear shocks with solid struts (hardtail)
*NGK spark plugs & plug wires
*Installed custom leather solo seat
*Custom sidemount lisence plate holder & British "Lucas" tail lamp
*Installed "Lockhart" oil cooler
*Installed "Drag" handlebars
*Custom chrome XS rear fender
*Factory floorboards/crashbars
*Factory forward controls/heel-toe shifter
*Installed early Yamaha round chrome mirror
*Shaved fuel tank/side covers
*Drilled-out factory mufflers
*Replaced all fluids with synthetic oils
