Goatdrvr73's 1967 Pontiac GTO

Welp, there's the scoop! It's functional now. Some VERY strategic cuts and now I have a rare option that only a few GTOs had. Obviously no 67s had this, but still looks cool! The specs you see aren't paint scratches. It's dust. Time for a nice cleaning.

A few shots of the pan installed. The foam was too thick, so I had to shave it down a bit. Also, to make it perfect, I'll need a new upper radiator hose. This hose was from the original 4bbl manifold and doesn't clear the alternator enough. It works, and the car runs and keeps cool, but eventually I'll have to get a 66 tripower upper radiator hose to look correct. What an awesome look!!!!!
Some items that I'll get done towards the end of February will be new tail lights, new side view mirrors, and a new vinyl top. I want a double seamed one like the original had. Looking for a good body shop who'll do the work for me and fix any small rust spots they may find. Stay tuned!!!

Nice resto but pontiac 400 ci motors werent considered big blocks neither were any other pontiac motor. Pontiac used the same block from 326-455 ci. So most parts are interchangeable.

Awesome car. I don't know why it doesn't have 5 stars.
