A few nice shots before cruising back to the storage place. MAN I can't wait until my house is done!!!! Here it is: Tripower mounted and operational. Man, what a sweet sounds three deuces make. It was a relatively easy installation. Only real problem is big block intakes are BOAT anchors. About 11 bolts and off it came. While I had it torn down, I also added a brand new 4 core radiator, lower radiator hose, fan guard, and chromed valve covers. Let the engine get up to temp and then cooled it off. NO leaks..NONE!!! I have a fan shroud that I need mounting bolts for, and then that will go on. Sprayed the engine with another coat of Pontiac Blue Metallic paint to freshen everything up. To finish off the engine compartment, I also added a windshield washer resevoir and hoses. Added the correct "WT" engine code sticker to the right cylinder head and other decals too. Jacking instructions, etc. All period correct and original to the car. Last item I'll add is a ram air pan. I already have it, just have to cut a hole in the front scoop to allow the fresh air to "ram" in. I think it's becoming a pretty burly car. Just what I wanted!!!

Nice resto but pontiac 400 ci motors werent considered big blocks neither were any other pontiac motor. Pontiac used the same block from 326-455 ci. So most parts are interchangeable.

Awesome car. I don't know why it doesn't have 5 stars.
