I have a few things to work out now, Upper Motor Dampener needs repair, washer wasnt installed and the bushing is falling out. Squeaky serpentine belts due to misaligned pulleys. And, as soon as I get my laptop to connect to my EMS, I can swap out my new tune to keep the car from hitting boost cut at 25psi.
June 30 2008
I made 370whp on pump gas at 13psi!!!!!!! I made this at 22 before my motor build, nice gains I say!
OK, here are the numbers, 450wh/410tq @21 psi on pump gas! And at only 24 psi with C16 we got 480/448! Im going to the track as is, then il bump the boost up to 29! Stay tuned! Keep in mind, it looks like it spikes realy bad because the scanned picture wasnt in "landscape mode" when it was printed, so it gives the notion its spikey. To get a better representation of the linear line, check out the video section and the vid labled, last pump dyno.
New pics on Page 2, and dyno vids on page 6!!!!

The car is home from the buildup! Runs great and smooth on the HW. I havent romped on it yet as its still working in, soon though. I have the idle set too low on my EMS due to pre build problems so it wants to stumble and die at intersections, but the tune is next week and I can fix that easy. Ill have videos of the dyno runs up after that, and fresh pics of the bay. Stay tuned!
May 26 2008
The motor is togeather, and in the car! We should have the rest of the car buttoned up in the next cpl days or so. Once it is, ill have vid of the startup and pics to post up, stay tuned. After that its to the dyno for tunes. Looking for over 500whp on C-16 and over 420whp on pump 93 octane @ 22 psi. Stay tuned!!!!!!!!!!

Well, a problem with one machine shop set us back, so we had aslight delay. The car should be realisticlly done by the end of the month give or take a week. My Tiens are sent out for overhaul eta 4-6 weeeks >.< thats horrible! I have a set of Ipps on there to hold the car up untill they return though. Thats it besides getting my intercooler welded on the end tank from a huge ass crack between the tank and the core. Its coming along though.
March 1 2008
All my internals finally arived at the shop today, great news! After one car gets finished mine is on the lift. I cant wait, stay tuned for pictures in the next cpl days.

Well, disreguard what was said in my last post, as that didnt pan out. Dave is a great guy, and is a wizz at bull builds but didnt have the time. The car is now back in the hands of TK-Motorsports and under the care of my man "Rush", aka Earl Rushin, and the master wrench Nick. Nick is himself almost finished with Rushs' build and has a goal of around 800 whp! He has my full support and confidence in my build.
I am over in South Korea at the moment, hence the car at TKM, and it will be ready for the track upon my return for my quest for 10 second slips. It will have the power, I just have to drive it there. Stay tuned.

NEW NEW INFO on the motor build. I will no longer be sending it to AMS for the build up. Instead my local friend and Dodge Master Mech, Dave Moore will be building it for me right here in town. Since he left Dodge to open his own shop Macon-Moore Performance AKA BADASSFAST he has been building wicked street cars for the local crew. He expressed interest in building motors so I asked him if he wanted to bust his cherry on a nice easy 4 banger. And the rest is in the books and on the way. I look forward to being able to represent Daves work on the strip and hopefully Nopi Nats. if its done by September. We will see.

New info on my AMS motor/head:
Have to find cores for head and block to send to them, either that or rip out mine and send it in. I was going to use Oliver rods, but they are discontinued, Eagle rods will work though. Need to source cams, im thinking Crower Stg 2, and gears too. Ill keep ya posted when the build starts.

CUSTOM CARPUTERS LINK The Ultimate In Car Entertainment Center!
This is my next project already in the works. it will be installed shortly after I get done with my engine build. Its a custom build for an in car computer used to control my AEM Engine Management System, as well as any multimedia I want to run. This way I don't have to worry about dragging my laptop around all the time. I will be getting the in-dash flip up monitor in the picture so I can keep my AC vents and not have to worry about fusing another into the dash. And it is a full featured touch screen as well!
USES:
*AEM Engine Management System control* Primary Use
Satellite Navigation Center
Satellite Radio Control
Multi Media Center - MP3, DVD, ect.

Another thing I found I needed today was a pilot bearing, just a piece of stinking rubber. Just so happens that NOBODY I have talked to has one for me lol. Go figure. All I need to get my car back to running order is this bushing and to reinstall my drilled bolts.
June 6 2007
Well, found out what the problem was. My flywheel bolts have backed out to being loose. I caught them in time before they did serious damage. All I have to replace is the throwout bearing/bushing from ACT. But, to keep this from happening again I am either going to drill my bolt heads, or buy them drilled so I can safety wire them tight. So no backing out. My man Rush had the same clutch with this problem. He didn't catch it in time and the bolts came completely out, ruined his clutch and crank. Lucky me!
June 5 2007
Well, turns out it wasn't only my exhaust. Now that the car is on the lift we realized the noise was indeed coming from the tranny. So now we have to tear it out and see whats hitting the bell housing. Arrrrrgggghhhh. The trouble of fixing one problem, another pops up lol. Ill keep ya posted as we tear the tranny out.
June 2 2007
Just to get you all some info on the motor and head package that will be going in this August, check out the link from the AMS Website detailing the Motor and Head buildup! AMS Motor/Head Specs I know, its an exciting Summer!
June 1 2007
Didn't get tuned on the 17th, I have exhaust issues, my resonator sections baffles are breaking and vibrating, thought it was tranny noise lol. So, I'm thinking for a change, going dual side exit exhaust like the Speed World Challenge SRTs, what do ya think? It will have a diamond plate surround on the side skirt to prevent heat damage and give it that little extra flair too. Here is a sample pic from MAXFAB:

- Just recently, shortly after I put the new clutch in, the Defi Gauges and such new problems arose. I was driving home and the car suddenly started sputtering and wanting to die. Got her home, and she hasn't run since. Went on vacation for a month to NY, where im from. When I got back did some troubleshooting and come to find out im not hitting on two cylinders. Swapped out plugs, wires and coil. Turns out it is the AEM Engine Management System. The early units were shipped with a coil dwell setting of 50, and they need to be 30. This fried a cpl resistors in the driver that sends the coil signal. Now I have to tear it out, ship it to Cali and wait. Nice, at least I have it figured out. Should be on the road by the end of the month again. So in the mean time I will be installing my port n polished, ceramic coated intake manifold; and a matching sized 60mm throttle body for a little extra breathing and fuel. Stay tuned.
