August 28, 2009: Got the 5.0 in. Looks good. Dipped and cleaned.

August 5, 2009: Got some new pictures up. Got the 4banger out. This week the 302 is getting prepped for the drop in. The transmission that came with the motor isn't going to work because it was an overdrive tranny. So I bought one that needed to be rebuilt that's not overdrive. Thats getting done right now. Got the engine bay sprayed black. It's coming along, slowly but surely. The bed is still at the body shop getting fixed. I have everything to put the motor in but the radiator I'm going to order it this week. They said the V8 will be in later this week. It won't be until next week till they get to crank it up. I'll post a video of that. Thanks to all of you that have given me feedback! If you have any questions just let me know.

July 03, 2009:  So it's been a while since I've been able to update. They have the 302 out of the old car and getting it prepped for the Ranger. It's time consuming because I'm going to have it painted and cleaned up. I'm also switching it from fuel injection to Carburetor. I order the kit from SummitRacing which is where i buy most all my parts. I 'll pics of that when they get to the house. I also ordered a set of 20' Centerline Rapid wheels. I don't know what size tires I'm gonna run yet. I'll post pics of those too. The bed is at the body shopped getting the new rollpan put on and to fix some scratches.

March 29, 2009: The bagging kit is here just waiting to get it up to my uncles so they can start on it. Also bought a 5.0 302 small block for it. I wasn't going to do a motor swap but I couldn't help it for the price. Im really anxious to see what this truck is going to look like.

NEW BAGGING KIT! I ordered this kit from www.fbimini.com... If you order a bagging kit from them be aware..I bought this kit and it was supposed to come with Slam Specialty bags which is what i really wanted but they called me and said they only had dominator. So we'll see how they work. Also, it took about 5 weeks to get all of the parts.. tehy would never call me back or return my emails so that held this project up. So please be aware that was my first and last time ordering from them.
