A buddy of mine wanted me to make him a box for his MTX T9515-44. It needs about 2.5ft^3 to travel to its xmax. I used the plans in his manual to build the box.

The bottom, sides, and front are up. We used 3/4" void-free plywood and MDF. I used plywood on my own box and was happy with it, so i figured it would be alright to use here too. We made some bad cuts on the MDF, so we had to use some plywood that we had left over.
We put on the back and caulked everything.
The port goes in and gets caulked. We put a lot of bracing in this box because of the massive size and weight of the sub.
Time to carpet.
Carpeted. The uneven circle in the sub opening is just the carpet. It will be covered up when the sub is dropped in.
The sub is in and it is heavy. With the displacement of the sub, the box is tuned to about 36hz.
