this is kindof what it looked like when i bought it but it was all yellow and didnt have any fenders
I always wanted a jeep ever since i was young.Last year i got the opportunity to buy one of my cousin after over hearing him talk about trying to sell his jeep,we struck a deal and it was mine a few months later.It was complete when i bought itthe softop and evrything else was there.At this point i had the body completely stripped down.
the frameof the body had rusted away so i made up a new subframe for it.adding lots of strewngth to the body.
then i welded in new floorboards. THe previous owner screwed a piece of sheet metal over the rusty floor and bondoed the hell out of it.
heres where i i used seam & joint sealer toseal all the seams up to ensure a water tight floor. This stuff can get pretty messy i wore latex gloves.
now im applying the spray in box liner to seal it up from rust and other elements.it also makes for easierclean up of mud and water.
