1997 Cadillac Catera
Okay, so this is my second "grandma" car. My 1997 Cadillac Catera. Black on black riding on 16" chromes, V6 3.0 24v engine. Original Bose 10-speaker system with all the options, just no heated seats. This was a bi-country breed of Cadillac. It was an American car because it was sold here by Cadillac but was actually manufactured and designed in Germany by Opel. Everything was expensive to replace like any German car out there and had all the luxury as well. The Catera's had some real problems though. Mostly the wiring, transmission, gaskets. I thought it was the perfect bread of car, a German GM vehicle.
Front view, did nothing except put in new SilverStar Sylvania bulbs and a K&N performance air filter...

...Back view, got a hold of an OEM spoiler and put it on (it looked a sproty after I got the spoiler). I also cut the muffler off and had straight pipes installed with tips (very smooth sound)...

...Side view, tinted windows; Back 5% and the front two: 35%. I added neon blue LED underglow (StreetGlow) all around...

...and here are the 16" chrome rims which added some more class, but sportyness to the car...

...Driver and passenger seat view, installed my XM Radio from my Camaro and bought blue slip covers for the interior lighting...

...Back seats view, nothing special, just comfort with the air condition/heat coming out of the center console as well as the floor.>
