2005 Interior and system pics: This is my interior at night, 2 9inch Neons under the dash, indiglo guages, and glow pedals. My APC sport wheel, carbon fiber bezel,chrome bezel, and my custom fitted dash bezel to hold my 7inch widescreen. Here is my instrument cluster, Indiglo guages under a Chrome Bezel to help seperate the guages, and a CF bezel to trim it all out. Here is where my switches for my neons, inside and out and other goodies are located. Here is the HVAC panel, w/White overlay and ICE BLUE knobs. Door panel inserts covered in blue fleece. Here are my APC G2 Sport seats, they are pretty comfy, been on several raod trips out of state and they are fine to me. And this is my BLUE CF trim piece for my window switch panel, it matches pretty good with the seats. Here is the trunk area, FatMAt eXtreme was used throughout. Here is the roof, this time Dynamat eXtreme was used. I usually get my sound from this, a KDC-667 6disc cd changer, mounted snugly in the glove box. My newly fiberglassed Dash!! Molded my 7inch directly into the dash bezel, and one TV is never enough, so I purchased a new eXcelon KVT-815 touchscreen DVD player. From there all the sound goes through my 3 sets of JL AUDIO RCA CABLES to the rear. ONLY THE BEST for my RIDE! Headliner is covered in Blue fleec to match the rest. Here are the 4 8W7's, this box is temporary, I got new specs from JL AUDIO to make it sound a little better, and use 2 ports instead of one. They REALLY POUND already, so the new box is gonna be CRAZY!!!!! Here is the start of my door pods, each one will house 1 set ofXR525CS-i componets, only 1 tweeter will be in each door, the other 2 tweeters will be placed in the center of the dash, under the defroster vent. Here are my new JL AUDIO battery terminals, they each are capable of hold 3 0 guage cables. I have one ground to the tranny, one to the chassis, and another 0 guage ran all the way to the rear of the car. Graphics outlined in Metallic Flake Blue stripe. Had to go with the clean rear end and get the trunk lock shaved off, looks so much better now. Notice the new Type-J rear bumper cover on the right. Had to trest fit before paint. Took 2nd place MILD 2000 This is another LOW4LIFE show, this time in Saginaw MI. Competition was tough that day. NO award but it was fun. Wheel Tires & Suspension. Stock wheels vs. 19's Axis Hagen - 19x8 Chrome, Wrapped in 225/35/ZR19 BFgoodrich Scorchers. GOT NEW TIRES!!! I bought brand new BFGoodrich G-Force KDW's. Anodized Blue calpiers, and drums for now until I can afford a UPGRADE. Soon to be riding on AIR! Now they look better. Spring seats and bearing plates were modified to sit flat and level on airbag. Look at the rear sleeve bags installed and the front strut bag The front tires rest on the edge of the fenders, 19x8 up front is not gonna tuck :( The front end is hels together a little more thanks to a Ractive Polished strut bar. Pics of AIR RIDE coming May 2006 5/11/2006 Air Ride consists of: 5 gal 4 port CHROME tank (2)Viair 450C Chrome compressor Viair Dual Needle gauges (x2) Blue Tinted swicthbox 1/2" lines 3/8" SMC Valves 1/8" line for gauges Viair 110/145psi Pressure switch Sittin on New Nitto NEO GEN 215/35's! A little DOG LEGGIN! For 2007: Reworked the Air Ride a little bit. Clean up the wires and re-plumbed a few things. Used a Barrier strip to attach the valves to the switch box wires. This way if a Valve malfunctions a Swap out will be very easy. 4awg Power and Ground supply power to my valves and compressors. From the JL AUDIO Distirbution blocks my Valves and Relays a Grounded. Also 8awg feeds the Relays to the compressors which are ground to the chassis. A pic of the Valve board I made to fit in the spare tire well. I didn't want to see the valves of wires and this will make my install of the Chrome tank and compressors look nicer. August 2007 - The valves are now under the car. The compressors are in the spare tire well. This page is for my 2002 Cavalier LS SPORT Sedan, I purchased the car New in November 2001 with no intentions of using it for anything except a daily driver. Well the modding bug bit me and over the years the car has went through alot of changes. After the first winter of 01/02 the car has been stored in the winters and I drive my 1995 Grand Prix in the bad Michigan weather. So Far 2006 has been the best year so far with the car. Wheel Tires & Suspension. Stock wheels vs. 19's Axis Hagen - 19x8 Chrome, Wrapped in 225/35/ZR19 BFgoodrich Scorchers. GOT NEW TIRES!!! I bought brand new BFGoodrich G-Force KDW's. Anodized Blue calpiers, and drums for now until I can afford a UPGRADE. Soon to be riding on AIR! Now they look better. Spring seats and bearing plates were modified to sit flat and level on airbag. Look at the rear sleeve bags installed and the front strut bag The front tires rest on the edge of the fenders, 19x8 up front is not gonna tuck :( The front end is hels together a little more thanks to a Ractive Polished strut bar. Pics of AIR RIDE coming May 2006 5/11/2006 Air Ride consists of: 5 gal 4 port CHROME tank (2)Viair 450C Chrome compressor Viair Dual Needle gauges (x2) Blue Tinted swicthbox 1/2" lines 3/8" SMC Valves 1/8" line for gauges Viair 110/145psi Pressure switch Sittin on New Nitto NEO GEN 215/35's! A little DOG LEGGIN! For 2007: Reworked the Air Ride a little bit. Clean up the wires and re-plumbed a few things. Used a Barrier strip to attach the valves to the switch box wires. This way if a Valve malfunctions a Swap out will be very easy. 4awg Power and Ground supply power to my valves and compressors. From the JL AUDIO Distirbution blocks my Valves and Relays a Grounded. Also 8awg feeds the Relays to the compressors which are ground to the chassis. A pic of the Valve board I made to fit in the spare tire well. I didn't want to see the valves of wires and this will make my install of the Chrome tank and compressors look nicer. August 2007 - The valves are now under the car. The compressors are in the spare tire well.
