I flipped my truck on its side and did only this. about 1550 worth of damage and im getting it fixed in a few days. i was doing about 45 mph and started hydroing and went back and forth till boomb i hit. didnt get hurt from the actual crash. just from my friend and his feet in my chest when he left me for dead and jumped out. but were both ok and my truck soon will be.

By the way check out gmtruckforum.org. Find answers to everything you want to know about your truck.A bunch of people from another site starting another site. The other is called sicgmtrucks.com but don't know how long it will be up for.

First of all, nice blazer. Looks like it is coming along nicely. Now to answer your questions, I bought the headers off of the forum that I am a member of. All the performance places can get them. They are JBA ceramic coated. Check out the links on my first page. They cost, at the time about $480.00 shipped. Everyone says it takes 2 people, 2 days to put them on. I did it in almost 2 days by my self, no help, but it would have been nice to have help. It is a pain in the ass, lots of cussing and wrenches flying. But it is worth it. You won't notice a whole lot of a difference but you need to redo the exhaust. As for my exhaust, I cut the whole thing off right at the "Y". The first component in the line people say is a resonator, is actually a pre-cat. I used 2.5" pipe, got a high performance/flow cat and a FM super40. Eliminate the pre-cat and put your new cat where the old one was. Don't use turn downs with Flowmaster mufflers you will be loosing torque, trust me. You have to have the cat because they don't make a simulator for it, that I know of. It will set a code and if it keeps running it will run like crap. Just get the performance high flow cat, at a speed shop. Hows that for your first message.
